How do I return a product?
Before returning any product to us, please contact us first with the reason for returning the product. You will need to obtain a “Goods Return Number” in order to complete your return.
However, you can only exercise this right to return the goods as long as they are unused and in a re-saleable condition and you have retained the packaging. CPT Ltd reserve the right to refuse returns at their discretion.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for any reason and get a full refund at any time providing the goods have not been despatched for delivery. However should the goods have been despatched there will be a 30% re-stocking charge for any goods returned through no fault of CPT Ltd.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible. If you have already received the goods, you can only exercise this right to cancel your order if the goods are unused and in a re-saleable condition and you have retained the packaging. You must return the goods to us at your own cost unless we are at fault, in which case we will arrange collection.
