The Bosch GPU18V2DI and GDI 50-500 combine to create a powerful cordless concrete consolidation system designed for professional construction applications. This modular solution eliminates the need for frequency converters, generators, and trailing power cables, providing greater mobility, productivity, and site safety while delivering consistent high-frequency vibration performance.

The GPU18V2DI is a professional cordless drive unit powered by two Bosch Professional 18V batteries. Engineered for demanding concrete consolidation work, it delivers reliable performance without the restrictions of mains-powered equipment. The robust design features a sealed battery compartment, haptic feedback for battery status monitoring, and compatibility with Bosch's range of GDI vibrator heads, allowing users to adapt the system to different concrete placement requirements.

The GDI 50-500 features a 50 mm hardened vibrator head with an integrated motor and a 5 m flexible whip, delivering up to 11,600 vibrations per minute without load and over 10,600 vibrations per minute under load. 

Designed for heavy-duty construction environments, it incorporates IP67-rated protection, thermal overload protection, and a durable hardened steel head. The 5 m whip provides excellent reach for vertical concrete applications such as walls, columns, lift shafts, and deep formwork.
