A Precise, Organised Repair Process

Every repair is carried out using a structured and quality-controlled process to ensure full reliability and consistency. Our approach includes:


1. Get In Touch

Complete the below form to inform us of your enquiry, alternatively you can call us on 02920 480811 and speak to a member of our team.


2. Send Your Repair 

Send your tool to us either by courier or pop in and see us. When sending in your tool, please print off your enquiry form and sent it with the tool.

Alternatively, if you need us to arrange a courier on your behalf call us 02920 480811 to arrange.


3. Initial Assessment & Inspection 

We inspect and test your equipment to pinpoint issues quickly and accurately to establish fault issue. Tools are fully stripped, cleaned, and checked for wear, cracks, leaks, and damaged components.


4. Repair/Service Quotation

We will contact you detailing findings along with a quote to complete the repair. If you are happy to proceed, we will undertake the repair for you. Payment will be required before work commences.


5. Tool Repair - Genuine Parts Replacement 

Each tool is reassembled with precision, ensuring correct tolerances and optimal functionality. 

At CPT, we understand that the performance and lifespan of your tools depend heavily on the quality of the parts used. That’s why we only supply and fit genuine manufacturer parts for all repairs and servicing.


6. Test & Final Inspection 

After completing the repair, your tool will be tested and inspected to ensure it is fully functional.


Warranty-Backed Repairs

Every part fitted during the repair process comes with a 3-month warranty, giving you confidence in both the quality of our components and the workmanship of our technicians.

Terms & Conditions for Repair of Tools

  1. All repairs are quoted prior to commencing work.
  2. We offer a ‘no obligation, free quotation’ on all visual inspections. Fees will apply if further inspection is required.
  3. Payment is required prior to commencing repair (after quote approval).
  4. All prices are quoted excluding VAT.
  5. All tools are dismantled to fully establish cause of faults.
  6. Unrepaired tools (declined quotes) will be returned dismantled or disposed of on your behalf.
  7. If you choose not to proceed but want your tool reassembled, a labour charge applies.
  8. Quoted service/repairs awaiting customer action/response will be retained for 6 weeks, then disposed of or sold to recover costs.
  9. Warranty returns must include relevant paperwork (invoice) before inspection.
  10. Courier returns incur a shipping charge.
  11. We reserve the right to decline service to tampered or fully dismantled tools.
