Bosch PRO GDI59-65D Concrete Vibrator

The Bosch PRO GDI59-65D Concrete Vibrator is a high-capacity cordless solution designed for demanding flatwork and large slab applications where powerful compaction and ergonomic control are essential.

Its high-frequency in-head motor delivers up to 11,600 vpm no-load speed and approximately 10,600 vpm under load, ensuring consistent and efficient consolidation with effective air removal for dense, high-quality concrete finishes. With a 59 mm vibrator head and up to 4,300 N of centrifugal force, it is well suited to high-volume surface pours and heavy-duty flatwork.

The 0.65 m whip length combined with an integrated D-handle design provides excellent manoeuvrability and precise control across horizontal surfaces. A decoupled handle system further reduces hand-arm vibration, improving operator comfort during extended use.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with Bosch drive units such as the Bosch PRO GPU18V2DI, it is ideal for flatwork applications where consistency, comfort, and control are essential.

Durability is a key strength, with an IP67-rated design that protects against dust and water ingress for reliable operation in harsh construction environments.
