Bosch PRO GDI50-65D Concrete Vibrator

The Bosch PRO GDI50-65 D Concrete Vibrator is a purpose-built, high-frequency solution designed specifically for efficient and ergonomic flatwork consolidation.

At its core, a powerful in-head motor delivers vibration directly at the source, achieving up to 11,600 vpm no-load speed and approximately 10,600 vpm under load. Combined with a 50 mm vibrator head and up to 3,000 N of centrifugal force, it provides reliable consolidation, effectively removing air pockets to produce dense, high-quality concrete finishes.

Optimised for surface work, the 0.65 m whip and ergonomic D-handle design offer excellent control and precision on slabs and floor pours. The decoupled handle system helps reduce hand-arm vibration, improving operator comfort during extended use.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with Bosch drive units such as the Bosch PRO GPU18V2DI, it is ideal for flatwork applications where consistency, comfort, and control are essential.

Durability is a key strength, with an IP67-rated design that protects against dust and water ingress for reliable operation in harsh construction environments.
